Massachusetts: Owning a Bump Stock Could Get You Life in Prison [Video]
Written by: Jon James
Chicago, New York City and the entire state of California may be worse for gun owners than just about anywhere….but Massachusetts has a horse in the race. The feel-good police that the Mass citizenry keep electing are always looking for new ways to smack down law-abiding citizens! Last year, the state’s Democratic Attorney General, Maura Healey, decided she wanted to make a number of guns illegal…so with a twitch or her nose, she did it. Now, they’re adding to the ever growing list of banned firearm related items.
Effective a week ago, bump stocks are now illegal in the state. The Bay State is the first in the nation to enact such a law since the tragic Las Vegas shooting.
The headline is an attention grabber but it minces no words. If you own a bump stock in Massachusetts, you will get a minimum of 18 months, up to life, in prison.
It’s no wonder our friend, Liberty Doll, has a plan to leave the state for freer pastures sometime in the future. Who could blame her?
